Refund Policy

We offer 14-day returns on eligible unused items. To request a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at sofwhiskofficial@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories. For hygiene and pet safety reasons, used grooming items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and help with a suitable solution.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked return service.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
