Returns & Refunds Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible unused items.

To start a return, email sofwhiskofficial@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
