SoftWhisk offers free tracked delivery for eligible orders.

Tracked UK delivery: estimated 8-15 business days after dispatch. Processing time: 1-3 business days.

Delivery estimates may vary due to courier handling, customs processing, public holidays, address issues or other circumstances outside our control.

After your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow the delivery progress.

Please make sure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has entered fulfilment.
