Shipping Policy

SoftWhisk offers free tracked delivery for eligible orders.

Estimated delivery time to customer addresses is 8-15 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier handling, customs processing, public holidays, address issues or other circumstances outside our control.

After your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow the delivery progress.

Please make sure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has entered fulfilment.

SoftWhisk does not claim that orders are shipped from a UK warehouse or delivered within 2 days. We aim to provide clear delivery estimates and tracked delivery information.
