SoftWhisk sells pet grooming products for at-home care. Product information is provided for general guidance only and does not replace professional veterinary or grooming advice.

Please use products carefully and only as intended. For the SoftWhisk PawTrim Pro, introduce the trimmer slowly, trim in short careful passes, keep away from eyes, whiskers, ears, irritated skin and sensitive areas, and stop if your pet becomes distressed.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders affected by pricing or stock issues, and refuse orders where necessary.

Tracked UK delivery: estimated 8-15 business days after dispatch. Processing time: 1-3 business days.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with store operations, submit false information or use our content without permission.
